Agreement

By creating an account or subscribing to any Atlas product, you agree to these terms. Atlas is operated by Atlas AI Solutions, based in New Jersey.

Products and subscriptions

Atlas offers multiple products (Genesis, Genesis Pro, Orion), each as a separate monthly subscription. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. All subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any subscription at any time — access continues through the end of your billing period.

AI-generated content

Atlas uses artificial intelligence to generate content including websites, proposals, voice responses, and business recommendations. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before using it in your business, sending it to customers, or relying on it for business decisions. Atlas is not liable for errors in AI-generated proposals, quotes, or other business documents.

Content ownership

You own all content generated through Atlas products, including websites, proposals, voice agent configurations, and media assets. Atlas retains a limited license to host and deliver this content as part of the service. When you cancel, your generated content remains accessible for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Atlas products to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. You agree not to abuse rate limits, reverse-engineer our systems, or resell access to Atlas products without written permission.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@buildatlas.ai.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our systems. We will provide notice before termination when reasonably possible.

Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Atlas relies on third-party infrastructure (Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, AI providers) and is subject to their availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party outages.

Limitation of liability

Atlas products are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue from proposals, missed calls, or website downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Atlas harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including content you generate, proposals you send, and interactions with your customers through Atlas products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
