Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or subscribing to any Atlas product, you agree to these terms. Atlas is operated by Atlas AI Solutions, based in New Jersey.

Products and subscriptions

Atlas offers multiple products and services, which may include Genesis (websites), Orion (AI phone receptionist), Studio (short-form video), Local (Google Business Profile management), Atlas Sign (e-signatures), and other marketing services, offered as monthly subscriptions or as one-off services. Prices are listed on the pricing page or quoted directly and may change with 30 days notice. Recurring subscriptions are billed through Stripe. One-off services (such as individual Studio videos) are invoiced separately. You can cancel any subscription at any time, access continues through the end of your billing period.

AI-generated content

Atlas uses artificial intelligence to generate content including websites, proposals, voice responses, and business recommendations. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before using it in your business, sending it to customers, or relying on it for business decisions. Atlas is not liable for errors in AI-generated proposals, quotes, or other business documents.

Ownership: what's yours and what's part of the subscription

Yours. You own your domain name, the photos, logos, text and business information you provide to us, your leads and form submissions, your call recordings and summaries, your customer data, any Studio videos delivered to you, and any proposals or documents you send to your own customers. You give Atlas a limited license to use this material to provide the service while you are subscribed.

Part of the subscription. The website Atlas builds and runs for you, including its design, code and templates and the pages, copy and media Atlas creates for it (such as service pages, town or location pages and blog posts), along with Orion voice agent configurations and Atlas's software and systems, belong to Atlas. You may use them while your subscription is active.

When you cancel. Service continues through the end of your paid billing period. When it ends, Atlas will provide you with a one-page website containing your business name, a short summary of your services, your service area and your contact information, delivered as files you can host with any provider, along with a redirect file so links to your old pages point to it. You may use that one-page website permanently. The rest of the website built under the subscription is taken down. For 30 days after cancellation you may request an export of your leads, form submissions and call recordings, after which they may be deleted.

Existing customers. For subscriptions that began before October 14, 2026, the content ownership terms in effect when the subscription began continue to apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Atlas products to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. You agree not to abuse rate limits, reverse-engineer our systems, or resell access to Atlas products without written permission.

AI phone calls and recordings

Orion answers and may record, transcribe, and summarize phone calls on your behalf. Call-recording and consent laws vary by state. Some require all parties to consent to being recorded. As the business using Orion, you are solely responsible for ensuring that Orion's call handling, including any recording and any greeting or disclosure played to callers, complies with the laws that apply to you and your callers. Atlas provides the tool; you are responsible for lawful use of it.

E-signatures and Atlas Sign

Documents signed through Atlas Sign are agreements between you and the party you send them to. Atlas provides the signing and audit-trail infrastructure but is not a party to those agreements, does not provide legal advice on their contents, and is not responsible for the enforceability of any document you create or send. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents you send for signature.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at ryan@buildatlas.ai.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our systems. We will provide notice before termination when reasonably possible.

Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Atlas relies on third-party infrastructure (Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, AI providers) and is subject to their availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party outages.

Limitation of liability

Atlas products are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue from proposals, missed calls, or website downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Atlas harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including content you generate, proposals you send, and interactions with your customers through Atlas products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
