Who does what.

Most options for local businesses fall into two camps. Software you have to set up and run yourself (Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy), or an agency that charges $1,500 to $5,000 a month on a 6 to 12 month contract. Atlas does the agency work with AI doing the heavy lifting and a small team checking every piece, so it costs a fraction of that and you can leave any month.

1. See it first (about a minute, free)

2. Pick a plan

Check out with a card. There's no account to create and no password to remember. Every plan is month to month.

3. Tell us about your business (about 10 minutes)

Right after checkout you get one short setup form: your services, the towns you cover, your hours, and anything you want customers to know. For Orion it also asks how calls should be handled: what to collect, what never to say, which calls are urgent, and where summaries should go. Have photos? Send them along. 4. We build it, you review it

We build your site and send you the draft. Ask for whatever changes you want: services to add, wording to fix, photos to swap. For Orion, we give you a test number so you can call it yourself and hear exactly what your customers will hear before anything goes live. Most websites are live within about one to two weeks. Orion is usually ready to test within a few days.

5. Approve it and go live

You sign off on our terms online (it takes a minute), and we flip it on. For a website, your domain points to the new site and we submit it to Google. For Orion, you dial one short code on your phone so the calls you miss go to your receptionist. Your number stays the same.

6. We keep it running

We don't build it and disappear. We keep publishing posts, keep your pages current, and keep tuning Orion. When you need something changed, use the request form or just email us. No ticket system, no logging in.

How Orion fits into your phone.

Orion works with the number you already have. You turn on conditional call forwarding, which sends a call to Orion only when you don't pick up or you hit decline. Your phone still rings first. Orion answers with your business name, takes the caller's details, follows your rules on pricing and scheduling, and sends you a summary with a recording of the call by email (and text if you want it) about a minute after it ends. Why there's no login.

Most small business owners don't want another app. So we don't make you use one. Leads land in your inbox, call summaries land in your inbox or texts, and changes go through one form or one email. You never have to remember a password to get value out of Atlas, and we hold less of your data as a result.

What Atlas is not.

Not a website builder. If you want to build your own site, Wix and Squarespace are fine. We build and run sites for people who don't have time to.

Not a CRM. For scheduling, dispatch and invoicing, use Housecall Pro, Jobber or ServiceTitan. Plenty of our clients do. We bring in the work, they help you run it.

Not a big agency. Agencies like Hook Agency, Blue Corona and Scorpion do similar done-for-you work but usually charge $1,500 to $5,000 a month with 6 to 12 month contracts.

Not a one-time freelancer. A freelancer builds a site and hands you the keys. We keep working on it every month.

The honest caveat.

SEO takes time. A new site doesn't rank on day one. Google usually needs 60 to 90 days to crawl and settle where your pages belong, and steady organic leads tend to build from around month three to month six. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is guessing.

Orion is different: it starts answering the day you turn on forwarding. And because everything is month to month, if it's not working for you, you can leave. You keep your domain, your leads and your data, plus a one-page site so your domain never goes dark.
