JLM Construction built a ground-level composite deck behind a two-story home in Millstone, New Jersey. The reel goes from the ledger board and post brackets, to the low frame across the yard, to the finished deck at sunset.
Ground-level decks are a simpler, lower-cost way to add outdoor living space without stairs or railings. The reel shows the framing that keeps a low deck level and solid for years.
