JLM Construction's playful brand reel opens with the owner skydiving out of a plane and landing in a field, then cuts to him walking out onto a finished composite deck in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
It's built to stop the scroll first and sell second. JLM builds decks, baths, kitchens and basements across Monmouth County, and the stunt opener gets more people to the deck at the end.
